Track Support 2010

      Bearing in mind the challenging economic climate, we have tried to make your racing life a bit easier and more cost friendly for this upcoming season. We’ve taken your input and comments throughout past seasons into consideration to create a new basis for our support structure. The 3 key elements of this are:

1. Revised and dramatically simplified support rates.

2. A more rational schedule focusing on group attendance to benefit us all.

3. A big bonus for those of you who plan to do at least a 6 race season this year.

Here’s the deal. We have packaged race support into a single charge inclusive off transportation and support for a three day event. No more extra charges for setup, crew accommodations, hospitality, etc. The race support charge includes everything but consumable items like race fuel, tires and parts. It puts the onus on us to operate as efficiently as possible.

Take a look at the attached schedule. The races highlighted in bold are VRS Preferred Events which we have selected because they are generally very popular with all of you and they are relatively close to home. Our feeling is that if we can get good participation at these events, we can offer you a significant financial incentive that will help to reduce your racing expense. If you commit to and attend six or more of the Preferred Events in 2010, we will credit you 10% of your track support bills for all the Preferred Events you attend. The credit will be applied to your last track support bill of the season. If you do the math, you’ll see that his is a savings of at least $2200! Good for a couple of sets of tires or you could spend it on your wife if you’re smart (and want to compete in good graces).

Planning ahead is what allows us to offer this substantial consideration so please fax your schedule back to us as soon as you can. We’re all looking forward seeing you at the track and hope to hear back from each of you soon.
