RESTORATION & REPAIR

Full/partial, period sensitive restoration and repair of ladder frame, tube frame, unibody and monocoque based race cars.


COMPONENT FABRICATION, REBUILDING, TESTING
  • We design and build assemblies and parts (suspension pieces to headers).
  • Repair & fabricate tubular & sheet steel components.
  • We rebuild & construct aluminum honeycomb monocoque assemblies & fiberglass/composite -assemblies.
  • We undertake component rebuilding and development.
  • We rebuild & develop engines (full race or modified street), transmissions, differentials, suspensions, and electrical components/systems.
  • We design & develop cylinder heads, intake and exhaust systems.
  • We offer in-house dynamometer and flow bench.testing and development.

BODY FABRICATION

Expert panel beating in aluminum or steel. Fiberglass and composite body fabrication. .Mold fabrication.

WELDING

Gas, MIG, spot and TIG welding of ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

CHASSIS SET- UP AND TUNING

Chassis set-up, alignment and track side tuning.

FINISHING

Plated finished in chrome, nickel, cadmium and other materials. Powder coating and heat resistant coatings. Body 7 component finishing in urethane/acrylic enamels, epoxies and lacquers. We are a Glasurit certified finishing facility.
RACECAR MAINTENANCE PROGRAM

Tailored, logically developed race car maintenance systems with written event-to-event maintenance logs & cost estimates.

STORAGE

We have over 10,000 square feet of dedicated storage space. We offer dry, secure and regularly monitored off season or term storage.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

We accept payment by cash, check, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), wire transfer and bank debit card. Invoices are due & payable on receipt. We invoice small projects on completion and large projects on a monthly basis. We invoice support after each event.
